How do I customize my bag?

Pick the items you’d like to display—photos, favorite art, or whatever else you’d like to showcase—and slide into one of the display pockets located on the front side of the bag. When you want a new look, just slide them out and replace them with new.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping Service?

Yes. Save time and add that special touch with our gift wrapping service. We'll box and wrap your bag(s) in either festive holiday print or lovely floral paper for just $5.00 each.  To make arrangements, call us at 410-274-7966 or email us at custcare@thebagladies.net. Please be ready to provide us with your order number.

Do I have to order online?

No. We gladly accept telephone orders between 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.  Just call 410-274-7966.

What forms of payment do you accept for online orders?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How will you ship my order and what’s the cost?

The Bag Ladies, LLC ship all orders within the Continental U.S. via USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping costs are as follows:

$7.00 on orders of $0 - $49.99.
$12.50 on orders of $50.00 - $99.99.
$25.00 on orders of $100.00 - $199.99.
$37.50 on orders of $200.00 - $399.99.
Note: We will contact the buyer on all orders over $400.00 to calculate actual shipping charges.

How quickly will my bag arrive?

On-line orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.  They are shipped via UPS Priority Mail within the Continental United States with delivery times varying from 1 to 7 business days from drop off.  

What about Hawaii, Alaska, and International Orders?

Must I be home to receive my order?

No, you do not have to be home to receive your order.

What about sales tax?

Sales tax of 6% must be added to any order delivered within the state of Maryland.

What is your Return Policy?

In the event that your purchase was damaged in transit, please contact The Bag Ladies, LLC upon receipt at 410-274-7966 for specific return for replacement instructions.

For any other returns, we offer a 30 Day Return Policy on every bag we sell.  Returns must be shipped to The Bag Ladies, LLC, 106 Laurens Way, Queen Anne, MD 21657 (at customer’s expense) via an insured and trackable carrier.  The bag(s) must be in their original packaging in unused condition.  Upon receipt of your return in its original packaging and unused condition, 100% of your purchase price (less shipping charges) will be credited back to the card used for initial purchase.  The Bag Ladies, LLC reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.   

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt so if you must cancel your order please notify us at 410-274-7966 as soon as possible.  If your order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly refund your full purchase price. If your order has been shipped, 100% of your purchase price (less shipping charges) will be credited back to the card used for initial purchase after we have received your purchase in its original packaging in unused condition.  You are responsible for shipping charges incurred in returning the item to The Bag Ladies, LLC.  An insured, trackable carrier must be used for the return shipment.    

What is The Bag Ladies Club?

It’s your  free admission to product news, sales and special pricing on close-out items.  Also, Bag Ladies (and Bag Men!) can receive discounts on future orders and are automatically eligible for drawings for special giveaways.  

Is there a fee to join The Bag Ladies Club?

No. We’re all in this together!  Just sign up and you’re in!

How will you use the information I provide?

Only to contact you about upcoming events, sales, new products, contests, and giveaways.  We do not sell customer names or other information customers provide to any third party.
